  • Over 10 years of experience in delivering specialized software for the financial/banking industry and expertise in customer relationship management
  • Managing relationships with both customers and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction on all fronts
  • Managing project delivery, leading teams of up to 10-20 members, and overseeing budgets efficiently in a hybrid mode (Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Engaging with customers on business cases, handling escalations, and managing administrative processes such as invoicing, time reports, and status reporting
