YOUR DAILY WORK

Conducting a thorough analysis of existing banking processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement related to Axxiome Digital mainly the teller module.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives for process improvement initiatives.
Designing and documenting detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and system requirements specifications to facilitate the implementation of new processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participating in workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and validate proposed process improvements

Preparing and delivering presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Providing guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborating with training and change management teams to develop and deliver training materials and support end-user adoption of new processes.
Staying current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to banking processes, and incorporate best practices into process improvement initiatives

PERFECT MATCH

Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking business analysis or as a bank employee, such as a branch manager, with extensive knowledge of branch and teller operations and a strong background in supporting banking IT processes
Proficient in mapping and representing business processes and interaction flows to illustrate how various parts of the organization interact and operate
Skilled in analyzing and breaking down complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams
Experienced in creating detailed functional specifications that translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions

Effective in communicating with stakeholder, customer, team to gather and clarify business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret business needs and transform them into actionable solutions
Works well with cross-functional teams, facilitating cooperation between business and development teams to achieve project objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

FIRST MONTH

Get acquainted with our company culture, tools, and key stakeholders. Participate in onboarding sessions to understand our business model, current projects, and strategic goals. Begin reviewing existing documentation and processes to gain insights into our operations.
SECOND MONTH

Start building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and gathering detailed business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
THIRD MONTH
Analyze the gathered requirements to identify gaps and opportunities. Develop initial business models, workflows, and documentation to support proposed solutions. Begin collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and start drafting detailed plans for implementation.
