YOUR DAILY WORK

Active participation in SAP BW/BI projects as an expert, project or sub-project manager
Advising our clients in the financial services sector on sustainable BW-wide target architectures
Modelling and implementation of the architecture in SAP BW and BI/BO applications
Development in ABAP OO and HANA native

Creation of test concepts, testing and quality assurance
Accompanying our customers in the development of data strategies and in data science
Support in the further development of the Axxiome Analytics Team
Assistance in the preparation of offers and customer presentations

PERFECT MATCH

Studies in a STEM subject, business studies or relevant knowledge acquired in practice
Sound knowledge of SAP BW 7.x, ideally already in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA or SAP BW/4 HANA
Many years of field-proven development experience in ABAP OO
First experiences with HANA native

Knowledge of at least one of the BO frontend applications
Readiness for personal and content-related development as well as interest in new innovative topics
Very good language skills in German and English
Willingness to travel (Business Trips)

YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS

FIRST MONTH
Our onboarding process is meticulously structured to ensure a seamless transition for new employees. It begins with a comprehensive HR and Coach meeting, during which we delve into our tools, systems, and policies, ensuring that our newcomers are well-equipped with essential knowledge. Additionally, we prioritize fostering connections within the team, facilitating introductions to teammates. Furthermore, our IT and PMO onboarding training sessions provide a specialized focus on essential technical and project management aspects, ensuring our employees are ready to excel in their roles from day one.
SECOND MONTH

Simultaneously, they may begin their engagement in SAP Data Warehouse implementation, BW/HANA transition or internal projects, immersing themselves in the company's core operations and contributing to our ongoing mission.
THIRD MONTH
In the third month, our employees experience even deeper bonds with their teammates, solidifying their collaborative spirit. They have already accumulated valuable knowledge and have successfully dipped their toes into consulting our customers, making meaningful contributions to our projects. As the on boarding process nears completion, they engage in year goal setting interviews, aligning their individual aspirations with the company's growth trajectory and becoming integral contributors to our organization's success.
