YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS

FIRST MONTH
In your first month, you will immerse yourself in our company's processes, tools, and culture. This period will involve getting to know our software development lifecycle, understanding our testing frameworks, and familiarizing yourself with our test automation tools and existing test suites. You'll attend onboarding sessions, engage in meetings with the development and QA teams, and begin reviewing current test cases and scripts to identify areas for optimization.

SECOND MONTH
In the second month, you'll start developing and maintaining automated test scripts, working closely with developers and other QA members to understand ongoing projects and their testing needs. You will also participate in defining test strategies for upcoming releases and begin executing automated tests to identify and report defects. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative discussions about improving our testing processes will be key during this time.

THIRD MONTH
By the third month, you will be fully integrated into our testing workflow, actively leading automated testing efforts and proposing enhancements to our test automation framework. You will have started optimizing test coverage, ensuring that new features are well-tested before release. Your input will be valuable in refining testing standards and practices, and you'll participate in retrospectives to help drive continuous improvement within the QA team. At this stage, you will be setting goals for your role to align with the company's quality assurance objectives, positioning yourself as a key contributor to our ongoing success.
